If you need to cancel your rental, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled event for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, we offer the option to reschedule your rental at no additional cost. Our priority is to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers, so we will work with you to find the best possible solution. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
Upon delivery, we ask that you inspect the rented equipment to ensure it meets your expectations. If you encounter any issues with the water slides, combo units, or concession equipment during your rental period, please inform us immediately so we can address and resolve the problem. Our goal is to provide high-quality, enjoyable rentals, and we are committed to making sure your event is a success.
